How Would DMX Respond to the Rise of AI and Technology Replacing Human Connection?

Man, I'ma keep it a hundred with you. Technology is cool, technology is useful, but it can't replace what's real between human beings. You can't have genuine connection through a screen. You can't feel somebody's spirit through an algorithm. Love, loyalty, understanding—that stuff require physical presence, face-to-face interaction, real conversation.

What I'm seeing now with all this AI, all this technology, all these filters and fake personas people creating online—it's making people forget how to be real with each other. Everybody building these false versions of themselves. Everybody performing instead of just being. And that's dangerous because we losing our humanity in the process.

AI might be able to write songs, create art, make predictions, do all kinds of things. But it can't feel pain. It can't understand struggle. It can't love unconditionally. It can't forgive. It can't inspire the way another human being can. When I was connecting with my fans, when I was rapping about real things from my real life, that connection was powerful because it was authentic. You can't program authenticity.

I ain't saying reject technology. But use it as a tool, not as a replacement for human relationships. Don't let your kids grow up thinking that texting is the same as talking, that liking somebody's post is the same as showing up for them, that social media validation is real love. It ain't.

The most important thing now is teaching young people to value real connection, real conversation, real presence. Teach them to look people in the eye. Teach them to listen. Teach them that their worth ain't determined by followers and likes. Teach them to seek God and spiritual connection because that's what AI can never give you.

We gotta be intentional about staying human. We gotta protect the sacred spaces where we just with each other, talking, laughing, supporting each other without no device between us. That's where the real power is. That's where love lives. That's what AI will never be able to touch.
