AskTheLegends.com ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Conversation history. Your chats with each legend are stored locally in your browser and keyed to an anonymous session ID. No account is required and we do not need your name to use the site.
• Email address. If you subscribe to Premium, your email is collected through our payment processor, Stripe, so we can deliver the service and send subscription-related communications.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, device type, approximate region. GA4 may set cookies governed by Google's own privacy terms.
• Cookies. We use a small set of first-party cookies for session management and to remember your Premium status across visits.

How we use it

• To operate the site and deliver the AI conversation experience.
• To process Premium subscriptions through Stripe.
• To send transactional and marketing email through Brevo (Sendinblue) when you have opted in.
• To measure site performance and improve the product.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your conversation history with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — or simply to request deletion of your data for any reason — email support@askthelegends.com and we will respond within 30 days.

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Brevo — transactional and marketing email.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate analytics.
• Anthropic — large language model that powers the AI responses.

Children

This site is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
